We’ve been Glow Virtual Assistants since 2017, however, we’ve actually been sharing our experience since 2013 (trading as Serena Fordham’s PA Services).
Operating mainly in Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas, we have a team of dedicated employees; offering their expertise, experience, and knowledge, of business admin, marketing, finance, writing, events management, project management and property management.

Serena Fordham – CEO & Founder
Serena Fordham is an expert Business Strategist, Growth/Development and Empowerment Mentor to Female Entrepreneurs; as well as a best selling Author, Speaker, Entrepreneur and successful multiple Business Owner.
In Norfolk, where she was born and bred, she founded Glow Virtual Assistants and is known for being an “Admin Superwoman”, but most prominently for inspiring and empowering women of all backgrounds locally, nationally and internationally.
At Glow Virtual Assistants we now employ Consultants worldwide to help manage and develop the business.
Our Consultants are all experienced and dedicated to the delivery of first class service, whatever the task they are performing.
