Serena Fordham – Founder and CEO
Known as “Norfolk’s Admin Superwoman”, Serena has a background in Estate Agency and a degree in Business Management.
In addition, Serena is a published author, founder and host of the women’s networking group Her Business Brew, and founder of the An Hour or So initiative; which brings together businesses to raise funds for charitable causes.

John Fordham – Operations Manager
With over 30 years of experience within the financial services sector, and a background as a highly successful, results orientated Manager, John Fordham (aka Tom Cruise in his younger days!) has worked for both Aviva and Virgin. He is both a valued team member of Glow Virtual Assistants, as well as being Serena’s father-in-law.
When John isn’t spending quality time with his family, he’s found communicating with clients and using his wealth of knowledge and experience to help entrepreneurs effectively deal with all challenges that occur during daily business activity, and assisting them to improve their business processes to help them thrive and adapt with change moving forwards.
Kerri Page – Property Division Manager
Kerri’s background is in small-medium size business, from administration to managing teams and their workloads. She’s handled high-profile contracts with prisons, hospitals and military bases and has been responsible for emergency call out contracts which required immediate responses.
Kerri now heads up our Property Division, managing holiday rentals, student lets and various properties for our clients.
Baz Dunning – Administrative Assistant
When asked ‘what makes you tick?’ Baz’s answer is easy – he is passionate about people and delivering them the best service possible
He has had a varied employment history starting as a Saturday Retail Assistant back in 1997, and working his way up to Management. Whilst he enjoyed the challenges retail presented, he felt that he needed a new challenge, which led to him landing an administrative role within Norfolk Constabulary, which then inspired him to become a Special Constable.
Most recently he used all of his previous work experience, and knowledge gained, to run and manage his own successful mobile disco business, and feels that the skills he has picked up through his career now means he is able to offer outstanding results as a Virtual Assistant.
