Glow Virtual Assistants is an award winning and forward-thinking agency of skilled and qualified Virtual Assistants, specialising in supporting entrepreneurs and businesses to succeed, grow and shine!
We’ve been Glow Virtual Assistants since 2017, however, we’ve actually been sharing our experience since 2013 (trading as Serena Fordham’s PA Services).
Operating mainly in Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas, we have a team of dedicated employees; offering their expertise, experience, and knowledge, of business admin, marketing, finance, writing, events management, project management and property management.

Kerri Page – CEO
Kerri has 9 years’ experience in small-medium size business, from administration to managing teams and their workloads. She’s handled high-profile contracts with prisons, hospitals and military bases and has been responsible for emergency call out contracts which required immediate responses.
After working with businesses for so long Kerri has a good understanding of what it takes to make your business shine!
John Fordham – Operations Manager
With over 30 years of experience within the financial services sector, and a background as a highly successful, results orientated Manager, John Fordham (aka Tom Cruise in his younger days!) has worked for both Aviva and Virgin.
When John isn’t spending quality time with his family, he’s found communicating with clients and using his wealth of knowledge and experience to help entrepreneurs effectively deal with all challenges that occur during daily business activity, and assisting them to improve their business processes to help them thrive and adapt with change moving forwards.
Rachael Nicholson – Consultant
Rachael has over 20 years of business experience from managing teams, PA support, staff training to basic bookkeeping and more!. Rachael has also been at the forefront of developing a franchising business involving recruitment, business mentoring and sales & marketing.
Through the extensive knowledge and experience which Rachael has gained throughout the years, covering every aspect of developing and assisting with the running of businesses, she really has the dedication, inspiration and potential to work with you to make that step in the right direction.
Rachel’s experience includes bookkeeping, administration, credit control, creating sales leads, email marketing, updating website content and proof reading publicity material, SEO analysing, direct mail campaigns, competitor market research, property management and more…
