Glow Virtual Assistants is an award winning and forward-thinking agency of skilled and qualified Virtual Assistants, specialising in supporting entrepreneurs and businesses to succeed, grow and shine!
We’ve been Glow Virtual Assistants since 2017, however, we’ve actually been sharing our experience since 2013 (trading as Serena Fordham’s PA Services).
Operating mainly in Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas, we have a team of dedicated employees; offering their expertise, experience, and knowledge, of business admin, marketing, finance, writing, events management, project management and property management.

Serena Fordham – CEO & Founder
Serena Fordham is an expert Business Strategist, Growth/Development and Empowerment Mentor to Female Entrepreneurs; as well as a best selling Author, Speaker, Entrepreneur and successful multiple Business Owner.
In Norfolk, where she was born and bred, she founded Glow Virtual Assistants and is known for being an “Admin Superwoman”, but most prominently for inspiring and empowering women of all backgrounds locally, nationally and internationally.
John Fordham – Operations Manager
With over 30 years of experience within the financial services sector, and a background as a highly successful, results orientated Manager, John Fordham (aka Tom Cruise in his younger days!) has worked for both Aviva and Virgin.
When John isn’t spending quality time with his family, he’s found communicating with clients and using his wealth of knowledge and experience to help entrepreneurs effectively deal with all challenges that occur during daily business activity, and assisting them to improve their business processes to help them thrive and adapt with change moving forwards.
