Back in the 90’s I trained as a nurse! Unfortunately, I felt that I was in the wrong profession and after 5 years within the NHS I left and and ventured into the business world. I have worked within Medical Supplies, Law and Education (Bursarial roles) and now finally am following my dream of being a VA.
Over the years I have found that I have a particularly good grasp of numbers/maths and therefore
finance became my first love. I am also extremely organised and enjoy all types of administration. I
do like a challenge, so I pride myself on giving anything a go, but I am quick enough to say when a
particular job is beyond my capabilities.

Administrative duties / Human Resources
managing emails, calls, scheduling meetings, managing contracts, obtaining references, filtering applications, making travel arrangements, organising events details.
Chasing debtors in a professional but firm and successful manner.
managing inventory and budgeting, monthly bookkeeping and reconciliation, handling year-end bookkeeping, payroll processing, payment of credit cards.
Preparing, compiling and sorting data entry, reviewing data for accuracy, generating reports and entering data into a CRM system.
